Honestly couldn't recommend One Click Upsell enough! I downloaded it as I was simply looking for an app to add a couple of accessories to customers' orders to increase AOV.
Simple set up, adding over £3 to every order, and I have just set up the cart drawer as well which I can't wait to see the results.
Special shout out to Taka Matsumoto for a call to guide me exactly how to utilise all the features.
I then spent an hour or so implementing these - so simple!

Two days in and nothing has worked as promised.
Setup: The pre-purchase upsell and cross-sell offers never showed. I opened a support ticket right away and explained that I use an alternative payment processor and that the pre-purchase upsell wasn’t appearing.
Support response: I gave the team store access immediately, but it still took a full day before their developers started on it, plus a lot of back-and-forth with support. They then told me everything was fixed and working.
After the “fix”: I activated the funnel, and it began doubling product quantities as soon as customers clicked “Start Checkout.” My conversion rate dropped sharply as a result. I should have tested it myself before going live, but a dev team making changes this sensitive to someone’s checkout should verify their work before calling it done.
In all my years on Shopify, this is the worst app experience I’ve had. If you use a non-native Shopify payment processor, test thoroughly or look elsewhere.

Zipify has emailed asking to leave a review so they can improve on things. I've had this app for a few months now. It doesn't really have the functionality that I would like and have brought this up with CS before. It would be great to be able to add a whole category/collection to the upsells as a shop like mine is constantly turning over product with new seasons and styles and there are not a lot of things that stay in stock all the time. For instance would be great to pair a t-shirt upsell with boardshorts, but can't really do that with the current functions as the tee I choose could be gone of have very few sizes left. I haven't had any results with any AI options yet. The only thing I can consistently seem to upsell is a $10 air freshener which some people tack on. I keep getting emails about thank you page upsells but I don't really want random companies that I have no control over popping up in advertising related to my business. I am getting a few upsells but I think the social media ads and hooks to sell this app are better than the app itself. Another online business I am involved in is getting no love form the app but we used it for a promotion to get people to tack on a free beanie to a hoodie purchase, so it was a handy function but didn't generate any revenue
